The DeLorean Time Machine
There where seven Deloreans used in the making of the Back to the Future trilogy.
The original car is at Universal Studios Hollywood. It was used for many promotional purposes.
As of 2012, this car is on display with Universal's "Motion Picture Car Department" along with Biff's Ford, and 2 of the 2015 "Hover Cars".
The second car was left as a pile of rubble. The actual car body panels were put together and sold to Planet Hollywood. This car is now hanging upside down in Planet Hollywood Hawaii.
The third car was left rusting away at Universal Hollywood in the backlot. In the early 2000's some of the parts from the car where put on another DeLorean. This car with the screen-used parts is now at Universal Studios in Japan.
The fourth car is fiberglass. It was used at Universal's special effects stage, then it was moved to Universal's prop warehouse. This car can be seen in the warehouse in the 2002 film "Big Fat Liar. Amanda Bynes is laying on the front of the car in the film. After being in the warehouse the car was offered for sale but went unsold. The car was reported destroyed by Universal Studios.
The fifth car has been on display at Universal Studios Florida since the ride opened. This Delorean was the stunt car from the films.
In 2012, the car along with the Jules Verne Train from Part III were removed from Universal Florida. They are now in an unknown studio warehouse.
The sixth car was a desert car from the third film. It was used for a while at Universal Hollywood's special effects stage. It was left to rot on the Universal Hollywood backlot. Some parts off of this car where used to create Universal Japan's Delorean.
The last car went to Japan for display for a while. Some parts where taken off of the car. It was purchased from Universal and fully restored and is now in a private collection. Click on the pictures below of these Deloreans.

Goldie Wilson III's 1958 Edsel from Back to the Future Part II
The pink Edsel "hoverconversion" from part 2. This car was shown in the background in Hill Valley 2015.
It is also shown as a animation/cartoon on Goldie Wilson's hoverconversion commercial.

2015 Owosso Pulse from Back to the Future Part II
Red Owosso Pulse used as a background vehicle in Back to the Future Part II. This vehicle is currently on display at Universal Studios Hollywood next to the Delorean and the pink Edsel in the "Picture Cars" department.

One of the 1946 Fords used in the Back to the Future films is currently at Universal Studios Hollywood in the "Picture Cars" department.
Volo Auto Museum's 1946 Ford
Another one of the screen-used Fords that Biff drove in the films is currentley up for sale at Volo Auto Museum in IL.
The car is for sale for $29,998.
It says on the website that this is one of the cars that was on display at Universal.
They claim that Universal owned this untill 1996.

2015 Ford Probe from Back to the Future Part II
One of the many Ford Probes used in Back to the Future Part II. There were many of these used in the 2015 "future" scenes.
This one blue and white Ford Probe was parked behind the Back to the Future Ride at Universal Studios Hollywood.
Before the BTTF ride it was on display at Universal's "Picture Cars" department along with alot of other BTTF cars.
This car has been seen parked outside of the garage where they park the Universal trams, along with some other Ford Probes and 2015 cars from the film. It is no longer on display and is not a part of the tour.

Griff's 2015 BMW from Back to the Future Part II
The black and red BMW that is owned by Biff's grandsom "Griff" in Back to the Future Part II.
The car was found in horrible condition and was purchased and fully restored in 2005.
This is now in a private collection.

2015 Hill Valley Police Car from Back to the Future Part II
The screen-used 2015 hover police car used in Back to the Future Part II was recently found rotting away in Lancaster, California.
